Ingredients

  • 250 g of natural peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 225 g of 100% Coconut oil
  • 200 g of coconut sugar
  • 75 g of dark or milk chocolate flakes
  • 100 g of flour
  • 150 g of Impact Whey Protein

Method

Put the peanut butter in a bowl and leave in the fridge to harden.

Mix the coconut oil and the sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Then add the eggs.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour and protein into powder. Then, gradually add this dry mixture to the other bowl of previously prepared wet ingredients. Mix well.

Once mixed, add the chocolate chips. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow to cool for 30 minutes. While the mixture cools, preheat the oven to 190  C.

Remove the biscuit dough and peanut butter from the fridge. With the hands form balls of biscuit dough (should be about the size of the golf balls) and then on a baking sheet flatten them into discs about 1-1.5 cm thick.

Add a teaspoon of peanut butter to the center of each disc, then fold the dough so that it covers the peanut butter entirely.

Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. After the time has passed, let it cool for 2-3 minutes.
